Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the services provided by Traveling Cavalier, hereafter referred to as "the Agency," to its clients, hereafter referred to as "the Traveler."

1. Booking and Payment:​​​

   • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified due date, typically before the start of travel.

2. Deposit: A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure reservations.

3. Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Agency.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • Cancellation by Traveler: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the departure date and the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

   • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy of each service provider and may be subject to administrative fees.

5. Travel Documents:

   • Passports and Visas: It is the Traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for all destinations on their itinerary.

   • Accuracy of Information: The Agency is not liable for any errors in travel documents provided by the Traveler.

6. Travel Insurance:

   • Recommended: The Agency strongly recommends that Travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

7. Changes to Itinerary:

   • Modification: The Agency reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, and transportation arrangements due to circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or changes in local laws.

8. Health and Safety:

   • Health Requirements: Travelers are responsible for complying with health requirements and recommendations for all destinations.

   • Safety: The Agency is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred due to Traveler negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow local laws and regulations.

9. Liability:

   • Limitation of Liability: The Agency acts as an intermediary between Travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). The Agency is not liable for any damages, losses, delays, or inconveniences caused by third-party service providers.

   • Force Majeure: The Agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to travel plans due to force majeure events beyond its control.

10. Dispute Resolution:

    • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mumbai . Any disputes shall be resolved in Mumbai courts.

11. Miscellaneous:

    • Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    • Updates: The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Travelers will be notified of significant changes.

By booking with the Agency, the Traveler acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. It is recommended that Travelers carefully read and understand these terms before confirming their bookings.
